26 February 2010 – 33th meeting of KKNIE This meeting examined Chapter 24 – Justice, freedom and security, coordinated by the Ministry of Interior

23 February - KKNIE 29th meeting KKNIE examined the answers to Chapter 28 - Consumer and health protection, and those of Chapter 15 - Energy, coordinated by METE.

22 February 2010 - KKNIE meeting In the 26th meeting, KKNIE examined the answers to Chapter 4 - Free movement of capital, coordinated by the Bank of Albania. KKNIE focused on answers related to the government's strategy for further liberalisation of financial exchanges

7 February 2010 – KKNIE meeting Chapter 2 – Free movement of works was discussed in this meeting and the focus was placed on keeping to the methodology for answer drafting.

5 February 2010 – KKNIE meeting The 11th KKNIE meeting focused on Chapter 13 – Fisheries, coordinated by the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration

4 February 2010 - KKNIE meeting The 10th KKNIE meeting examined a part of the answers for the political criteria, coordinated by the Ministry of Justice.

Minister Majlinda Bregu welcomes the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon The Treaty of Lisbon entered into force on 1 December 2009. The occasion was marked by a ceremony in the City of Lisbon organised jointly by the Portuguese Government, the Swedish Presidency and the European Commission.
